Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development of function/divisions annual performance contract in line with Company vision, business plan and strategic objectives.
- Administer monthly process for KPI information gathering and consolidation for tracking and monitoring progress against targets.
- Validate KPI information and ensure data quality and consistency in line with agreed targets and performance guideline.
- Generate monthly performance scorecard reports from corporate performance management system.
- Analyse performance on a monthly basis and identify performance trends and gaps.
- Identify performance gaps to improve performance and advise specific corrective actions.
- Develop monthly reports and insights based upon KPI data to enable effective decision making by management.
- Ensure timely set up of approved scorecards.
- Ensure data quality through monthly review of submissions.
- Provide support to Line Manager in other key initiatives / projects related to Performance.
- Coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
Minimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Management, Planning and Strategy, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Knowledge of the Performance Management framework in Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of industry best practice and trends in performance management.
- Understanding to a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis, knowledge, and skills.
- Analytical, negotiations and problem-solving skills.
- High level of communication, presentation of technical and business writing skills.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
