Senior Property Manager

High Mark Real Estate Brokers is looking for a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team.

Our ideal candidate would be:

• Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
• Real Estate/Property Management Background is a MUST
• Proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct move in/move out inspections
• Inventory inspections for furnished apartments
• Assist clients with any inquiries/complaints/maintenance requests
• Prepare appropriate reports for tenants/landlords
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
• Update our CRM system with all Property Management tasks
• Follow up with maintenance/quotations
