Hiring Site Supervisor (Offshore)

Salary: AED 12,000 + Offshore allowance

Location: Abu Dhabi

Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering Degree .10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years within the oil & gas industry.

Candidate will be responsible for Supervision of Contractor Staff : Directly responsible for effective coordination and monitoring of contractor staff and thereby facilitate timely completion of tasks as per required Quality/HSE standards.

Responsible for Resource Planning: Identify material/equipment required for any departmental maintenance & management activities according to preventive maintenance schedule, work requisitions or notifications in urgent and emergency situations at offshore locations and coordinate with the Head Offshore Maintenance, Engineer-Mechanical (AUH), and Head-Maintenance and Sr. Steel Mechanical Supervisor (AUH) for the timely availability of all requirements.

Responsible for Inspection & Mitigation:

Responsible for Maintenance of Equipment & Facilities :Manage the maintenance of plant equipment/pipelines to the required standards in order to maximize operating efficiency, ensure replacement in line with budgets targets, and ensure adequate maintenance of all plant equipment/pipelines.

Preventive Maintenance and Material Management: Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables and materials to ensure that items are available to meet requirements and communicate status to Superior in order to facilitate timely replenishment of stocks.

Facilitate accurate procurement of stocks by participating in the technical evaluations of the merchandise and advising on the operational requirements.
