  • Senior Manager Content & Influencers
     

Role context:

A Social & Content Executive will have a two part role:

  • Influencer marketing: coordinating with influencers directly, guiding them on creating exceptional content and bridging the gap between client and influencers on expectations and content creation.
  • Social marketing: managing clients social pages, reporting social performance and coordinating with creative team for social creatives.
     

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative social and influencer strategies with keen understanding of consumer insights.
  • Work closely with the Sr Manager content & influencers on creating content strategies for our biggest clients across the region.
  • Craft briefs for influencers based on the campaign message and briefs from client.
  • Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective campaign
  • Build monthly reports for influencer marketing and work towards optimizing the content for better results
  • Liaise directly with partners/vendors and build relationship in order to have smooth execution
  • Keep up to date with emerging social content, best practices and trends while evaluating the opportunities and advising brands on implementation.
  • Creating and executing the content plan for our social media channels.
  • Identifying adequate imagery and engaging captions for the posts and stories in line with the proposed content plan, as well as recognizing and liaising with relevant influencers for collaborations that will help grow brand awareness & engagement.
  • Reporting on Social Media channels to manage and drive customer engagement across platforms
     

Required skills / experience:

  • Should have a keen understanding of social content and how to build around it for brands
  • Should be able to work under pressure, managing multiple brands of different nature and leading multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft office to build creative presentations
  • Should be able to build relationship with client, partners and influencers
