Description:
The Social Media Designer role is to work directly with the Social Media Lead and the marketing team to create varied and interesting content to target groups. The successful candidate needs to be fully attuned with all latest trends and best practices in social media content production and design to maximize visibility, engagement and conversion.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and publish compelling, consistent and creative assets for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, Tik Tok, Youtube, etc)
- Ensure that all graphics, animations, video edits, etc are developed, delivered and published on time across all digital platforms
- Maintain accuracy of all content
- Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers
- Using programming skills to build pages and applications
- Measuring key performance indicators
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or Computer Sciences.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media graphic design in a specialized agency.
- Business to consumer experience is critical, healthcare marketing experience is a plus
- Creating GIF animations
- Video editing skills
- Advanced PhotoShop and experience with Illustrator
- Must have grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc
- Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.

- Creativity, Graphic Design skill and premium brand sensibility
- Be able to produce original ideas.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines
- Passionate about social media and work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must
