Description:
We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with - Bachelor in Social Work or any relevant degree and 3 years of experience.
The Social worker will work within school systems to
- provide services to students to enhance their emotional well-being and improve their academic performance.
- assesses social, emotional, and educational problems which affect a student's ability to benefit from available educational opportunities.
- mentoring and discussing with students the role of discipline at school in creating a safe learning environment.
- monitor student behavior.
- assess student behavior according to MOE behavior rules and the Code of Conduct.
- advise and educate students about MOE rules and regulations.
- maintain records of all student violations and incident reports.
- maintains supportive relationships with students, parents, and teachers, so that help can be given towards the alleviation of problems concerned with school attendance, material difficulties, mental and physical disabilities, and behavior.
