Description:
Maintain and manage hardware and system are necessary skills in this role. this Role holder should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The main goal will be to ensure that Client infrastructure environment runs smoothly and efficiently according to SLA
ROLE
- Install and configure Servers
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Build an internal Knowledge Transfer with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Communicate with users when needed
- Maintain complete technical documentation
- Suggest improvements to System performance, capacity and scalability
- Hands-on SharePoint
- MSSQL management is a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and cloud Techniques/platforms
- problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 years’ experience
EDUCATION
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus
