Job Purpose
Responsible for converting Business Requirement into System implementation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Participate in the design, implementation, and support of business solutions. Responsible for coding, developing, customizing, configuring the application for the given business requirements, performing analysis/design, unit testing, documentation, and user training to maintain and improve overall Information Systems performance. Support implementation and production issues in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand the functional requirements based on functional design documents.
- Experience in building Technical Design Documents from Functional and Business requirements,2 Complete end to end implementation.
- Develop code and perform unit testing based on the requirements.
- Having hands on in SQL Reporting SSRS, Integration.
- Able to independently develop functions & reports using PowerApps, PowerFlows, LogicApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI
- Able to develop Azure Functions and APIs
- Understanding of CRM development best practices and performance considerations.
- Expert in deployment and data migration from legacy systems, Ribbon customization.
- Understanding of CRM development best practices and performance considerations.
- Customize, Develop, Administer/setup, optimize sitemap, Ribbons and client-side scripting.
- Perform Unit Testing, move customization from sandbox to production, Devops, Azure basics.
- Develop business logic using Plug-Ins, custom workflows, windows services, WCF services and Odata.
- Develop independent .Net MVC web application integrated with Dynamics CRM using WCF services.
- Data migration and daily synchronization job from external systems.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with the Azure Portal using WCF services through Azure Service Bus and Azure Connect.
- Work with SQL Reporting SSRS, connect CRM DB with Datawarehouse, Create CRM Dashboards.
- Integrate CRM with O365 Outlook, other applications, Power BI, AdxStudio, ClickDimension.
- Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production to make quick repair to keep application in production.
- Building knowledge capital through research and development and leveraging industry insights to deliver best of breed expertise to business users, technical staff, and quality team.
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- 4 - 10 years of experience in a similar environment and 2 - 4 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud.
- Hands on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM including Accounts, Leads, opportunities, data management, system access, integration with Outlook 365.
- Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM cloud and customization.
- Knowledge in .Net MVC application, CRM Plug-Ins, Workflows, Windows Services, WCF services and OData.
- Knowledge in SQL reporting SSRS, PowerBI, AdxStudio, ClickDimension.
- Experience in SSIS, PowerApps, PowerFlows, LogicApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Azure Functions and Dynamic APIs
- Knowledge in Kingsway soft, Zapier tools
- Integration experience including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Skills in SQL and PL/SQL Programming required.
- Should have full project lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment / support.

- Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.
