World Security is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager (UAE National), the candidate should have 8+ years managerial experience preferably 5+ years in Manpower Supply, Outsourcing or Facilities Management industry and hands on experience in bulk blue collar recruitment from local market and overseas. Required Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Business (Preferred MBA HR)
• 5+ years UAE experience with Manpower Supply, Outsourcing or Facility Management industry is mandatory
• CIPD Certification / Diploma would be an additional advantage
• Excellent English Communication Skills, Arabic would be an advantage
• Excellent report writing skills
• Strong in preparing the analytical reports
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Strong understanding of all selection methods and techniques
