We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer with general HR experience in pharmaceutical, Medical, and manufacturing industries background to join the Human Resources department and support in the full cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels like social platforms.
- Interview and selection procedures.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and medical industries is a must.
- 4+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer in both white collar and bulk recruitment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Bilingual.
