Team Leader - Merchandisers

Looking for Team Leader - Merchandisers (Outdoor) for IFFCO.

Experience as a Team Leader is preferred in Food Industry with Retail Channel

Age-below 35 years

Must hold-UAE Driving License

Manage a Team of Merchandisers for supervision and does merchandising as well.

Some of the responsibilities:

1. Analyze Merchandiser’s work load & work out proper utilization as per merchandising defined guidelines (Restructuring of the team and their journey Plan based on evaluation)

2. Develop strong team with on job training, better coordination and build motivation

3. Conduct weekly Team meeting to understand the challenges & guide them for solutions and coach them to merchandise as per define shelf standards & clean execution

4. Manage to do at least 3 route rides in a week to give on job training to the team members
