Description:

Manpower Planning & shift scheduling

➢ Preparing field log reports for every day opening & closing.

➢ Managing a fully automated control room with tank farm management system and CCTV monitoring.

➢ Management of Terminal Operations including Import/Export operations by vessels.

➢ Coordination with external clients, Hamriyah Port authorities for vessel berthing.

➢ Boarding vessels, coordinating with surveyors, Agents for smooth operations.

➢ Safely Supervising vessel discharge and Receipt operation

➢ Bulk chemical Ship-Shore operation co-ordinate with Terminal team for smooth discharging & loading of vessels.

➢ Preparing opening documents for vessel loading & discharging and co-ordinate with Surveyor for

initial & final documents completion.

➢ Preparation of Stock & inventory report.

➢ Perform Storage Tanks manual gauging to obtain stock loss/ gain.

➢ Lineup as per Shift Supervisor instructions for activities like SHIP Loading & Discharging, Tank

Truck Loading & Off Loading, DFU, PLT and ITT’s.

➢ Individually Responsible for the Ship Loading/Discharging operations also as a (multi role)

loading master, jetty master, tank farm operator.

➢ Involved & performed Activities like Stripping, Line Blowing, Air blowing & Pigging.

➢ Executing daily loading plan in coordination with the sales & logistics team for smooth operations of

road tankers/flexi containers

➢ Gantry operation – ISO Tank, Flexi, Tanker bulk loading (Top & Bottom loading)

➢ Asphalt truck Loading and Vessel Loading & Receiving

➢ Responsible for carrying out all types of Sampling, Manual gauging, tank line up, Pump line up,

Water Draining, Pump operations and other all routine field activities.

➢ To resolve operational/ maintenance issues in coordination with Supervisors.

➢ Taking up Internal Tank cleaning operation for product change over
