Designation: Training Operations Manager

We are looking to hire a Training Operations Manager with a training background to join our passionate and fast-growing team in Abu Dhabi!

Job Description overview:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Training Operations Manager will be to create and execute on the operational plan to ensure smooth processes across the organization. With numerous virtual training programs being booked and coordinated daily, all moving parts will need to be organised and streamlined in an efficient manner. Additionally, managing 1-2 training administrators will be part of the responsibilities. Typical tasks include:


  • Creation and execution of operational processes 
  • Hiring training administrators and other necessary positions
  • Create and maintain records related to training e.g., trainee lists, instructors, schedules, attendance 
  • Prepare and distribute any material required e.g., instructional notes, feedback forms, training materials
  • Resolve any issues that may occur before, during and after sessions
  • Create reports on activities related to the trainings
  • Develop improvement plans for our training organization


The ideal candidate will possess the following:


  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders on an operational level in a training organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications i.e., Excel, Teams, etc.
  • Experience with CRM applications and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with the platform Moodle
  • English and Arabic is essential     
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Living in UAE
