URGENT HIRING FOR ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER IN ABU DHABI
– MUST HAVE MORE THAN 5 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
– ACT AS A LEADER IN THE DESIGN STUDIO.
– FOLLOW ALL All job’s of design from A to Z.
– Contact with all essential client, meeting and following-up of all their needs for the jobs.
– Strictly link with FF & E designer to achieve total job of design for fixed and loose items.
– Elaboration of AutoCAD drawings, “A to Z” through the draftsman in the studio.
– Detail drawings needed for the development of execution job.
– BOQ’s for all jobs through a specialized person in the studio guided by the designer.
– Strictly coordinating with Project Execution Manager/ Project Execution Supervisor to know total activities of site / factory in detail and reporting to the management for any discrepancies of progress of work.
– Liaison between staff and outside to put stability in the progress of work in the studio.
– To approve, comment and correct all shop drawings coming from contractor for execution of work 30% and the 70% on the execution supervisor, major part of such procedure to be revised by the designer only.
– Tender process and evaluation procedure will be 50% and the remaining 50% will be on execution supervisor.
– Tender correspondence and documentation procedure will be 50% and the remaining 50 % will be on the execution supervisor.
– Financial offers and contractual procedure to be followed through the coordination of assistant manager with the presence of accountant.
