Description:
KeyConcept is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Dubai. The candidate must have a strong knowledge in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Lead design projects from concept to launch
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX/Visual design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools. Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.
- HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, common Javascript UI libraries, SEO, etc.
- Proven UX/UI design experience for mobile design through a digital portfolio.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced MS Excel user.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Exhibit a good eye for aesthetics and details.
- Adaptable to work in a fast-paced iterative environment and to business directional change.
