- Hosts and OS monitoring to determine critical thresholds and take action within #SLA.
- Evaluating existing #network #infrastructure and #systems and optimizing network hardware and software for VMware integration.
- Developing and deploying customized VMware solutions.
- Defining multiple virtual servers.
- Virtualizing Windows servers and connecting them to networks.
- Designing and implementing template management.
- Installing operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes.
- Troubleshooting and resolving VMware environment issues. Using of #vCenter , #VROPS and vlog Insights for Monitoring and system reports.
- Providing technical support and documenting VMware processes.
- OS system related issues and bug fixes.
- SR process Support for any P1 and P2 issues.
- Other VMware related queries to be resolved/implemented
