Prior insurance/financial sales experience in UAE
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships and strong communication skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
Critical thinking, proactive attitude, Good communication/Multilingual skills.
Good convincing/Interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Approach potential clients by phone, email, or in-person.
Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options.
Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review of client insurance options to educate clients and provide appropriate solutions like Endowment plans / ULIP / SIP / Term plan / Investments.
