We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations and animations for architectural, interior design, and product projects. They will collaborate closely with designers and clients to understand project requirements and bring concepts to life through visually stunning renderings and animations.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Interpret architectural drawings and design concepts to create accurate 3D models and renderings.
2. Develop realistic lighting, textures, and materials to enhance visualizations.
3. Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
4. Produce high-quality 3D animations showcasing architectural designs or product features.
5. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and techniques.
7. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual appeal of projects.
8. Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference.

**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings and animations.
3. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
4. Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and visual aesthetics.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and realistic visualizations.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with designers and clients.
7. Knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a must.
8. Experience with video editing and post-production software is desirable.
9. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects .
