Aba Therapist

Description:

A well-established family based in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ), Abu Dhabi is looking for a compassionate and qualified ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one support to a 5-year-old KG1 child in a school setting. The school is also located within MBZ City, making it convenient for daily commute and seamless coordination. This role requires someone who is experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis and capable of managing the child’s learning and behavioral needs throughout the school hours.

The therapist will work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, directly supporting the child during classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines while implementing ABA strategies tailored to the student’s developmental needs.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or any closely related field.

📌 Certification:

• Valid RBT or ABAT certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.

📌 Experience:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working as an ABA Therapist.

📌 Language & Nationality:

• Native Arabic speaker from an Arab nationality.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

📌 Skills & Competencies:

• Experienced in working with children diagnosed with ADHD.
• Skilled in collecting data, observing behavior, and completing ABA-related documentation and forms.
• Able to apply a range of ABA techniques and adapt strategies depending on the child’s progress and needs.
• Thorough understanding of behavioral intervention methods suitable for school or home-based environments.
