Requirements
 

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Behavior Sciences, Education, or equivalent field
• Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT
• Excellent English oral and written communication
• Organization and Professionalism
• Ability to lift 15kg/30 lbs (to lift a child)
• At least 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school
• 2 recent professional references
• Dubai Police Clearance Certificate
• Occupational Health Card
• Must have UAE Residence visa
   

Responsibilities
 

• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of students at all times
• Implement ABA to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on BCBA treatment plan
• Work with individual students or small groups within school environment
• Maintain materials and student documentation
• Professionally interact with parents and others
• Assist learners with health and hygiene practices
• Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-service training
