Ac Technician + Electrician or Supervisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on AC Technician & Electrician to oversee daily maintenance operations, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead our on-site technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and quality-check the work of AC technicians and electricians on-site.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (Split, Central, DX units, Chillers) and complex electrical networks.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance tasks comply with Dubai municipality safety standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and provide accurate progress reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and Electrical maintenance in Dubai, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Education: Diploma in Electrical/HVAC Engineering or a related technical field.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu / Malayalam is a plus).
Visa: Must have an Own Visa with a minimum of 5–6 months validity.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

- Expected Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience, technical expertise, and UAE driving license status).
- Company Visa after probation, Ticket for vacation will be provided.
