Description:

Gulf Model School is seeking a highly organized and professional Academic Secretary (Arabic-Speaking) to support Senior Management in coordinating academic and administrative tasks across the CBSE and Kerala State Board sections.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and academic support to Senior Management.
· Prepare and organize academic files, reports, circulars, schedules, and meeting minutes.
· Serve as a communication link between school leadership, teachers, students, and Arabic-speaking parents.
· Assist with academic calendar preparation, examination schedules, and result processing.
· Manage appointments, correspondence, and follow-up tasks assigned by Senior Management.
· Support the preparation of documents for inspections, accreditation, and academic audits.
· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with CBSE and Kerala Board academic requirements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Education, or a relevant field.
· Experience in school administration or secretarial roles (preferred).
· Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)—mandatory.
· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office and school information systems.
· Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
