Account Executive

Description:

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Account Executive to oversee AVANTCHA relationships’ with the most important clients. Build strong relationships with strategic clients. Obtain and maintain long term key costumers by comprehending their requirements. To identify customers needs and requirements and promote our solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients

· Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements

· Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Ensure correct products are delivered to customers in timely manner

· Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

· Play integral part in generating new sales that will turn in long-lasting relationships

· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Experience and skills:

Account Executive is expected to have the following experiences and competencies:

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be a lister, a presenter and a people-person

· Excellent organization skills

· Goal oriented, organized team player

· Self motivated and self directed

· Good computer skills, experience in CRM and quick learner of new apps

· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

· Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

· Experienced driver

Experience in foodservice industry and appreciation for fine foods is a plus.
