Responsibilities
- Providing first class support to all clients by learning about their current and future needs and how we could best help
- Learning and staying up to date on Deel’s Visa Offerings and industry trends in Immigration
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of Deel’s services to prospective clients through product knowledge and client discovery
- Maintaining a CRM to ensure your notes and data are up to date - Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk, etc.
- Finding new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting and turning them into long-term partnerships
- Working MQLs and SDR leads, along with inbound client bookings, at each step of the sales cycle.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, as well as partner selling with other members of the Deel product suite.
- Nurturing relationships and monitoring sales cycles as short as 1 day up to as long as a year +
- Supporting the GM sales management team with building region specific processes and sales collateral.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships in the Deel Community (in and out of the organization) to create a better client experience
- Managing customers expectations and escalating complaints and constructive feedback as needed

- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow - keep up with changes and developments in the immigration space and with Deel.
- Strong ability to be self motivated and work autonomously. These AE’s may be managed by someone in an opposite time zone, so autonomy and accountability are key to success.
- Excellent communication/listening skills and a strong ability to build relationships both internal to Deel and with clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and note taking skills
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
