Description:

Responsibilities:**
 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning CAE solutions effectively.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product development) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Represent CAE Inc. at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
     

Qualifications:**
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the aviation, defense, or simulation industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required.
