Role Summary/Purpose

 

● We are looking for an Account Management Associate to join the Pixel team on a full-time basis. As an Account Managemn, you will act as a key member of the team by maintaining client relationships and assisting with business development.

 

● The Account Management Associate and account management team are the bridge between the client and the agency. They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs. They are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.

 

● Well-suited candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail. They must be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to produce its best results.

 

Essential Responsibilities

 

● Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our

solutions according to client needs and objectives

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and identify ways to grow

client accounts through new business opportunities

● Overlook plans for content, campaigns, and improvements for your clients

● Set up meetings and maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next

actions

● Prepare relevant documents and proposals for clients and potential clients

● Present and / or pitch to existing clients

● Other relevant tasks as needed

 

 

Required Qualifications

● Proven track record in managing client accounts (marketing agency experience preferred)

● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills

● Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

● Excellent in creating presentations

● Understanding of various digital marketing and social media platforms

● Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently

● Effective time management skills; able to identify and prioritize issues and meet deadlines

● BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or relevant field preferred

● Arabic proficiency is a plus
