Account Manager

 

Description:

The Account Manager will manage day-to-day operations for influencer marketing and PR campaigns, working closely with clients, influencers, media partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities include campaign execution, preparation of commercial materials, coordination of production and PR activities, handling communications, and supporting business operations from planning through delivery.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing advertising campaigns with influencers

• Participating in the development of creative concepts and strategies for clients

• Supporting PR activities, including preparing media materials, coordinating press-related tasks, and assisting with PR communications

• Assisting in the development of briefs, proposals, press materials, presentations, and campaign communications

• Communicating with current and new clients within the scope of advertising and PR campaigns

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and company chat messages

Assisting in closing deals and providing sales support

• Preparing reports upon completion of advertising and PR campaigns

• Drafting contracts and providing closing documents within the advertising campaign

• Presenting proposals internally and in client meetings

• Assigning tasks within the team

• Communicating with external influencers within the scope of advertising campaigns

• Communicating with contractors within the scope of advertising and PR campaigns

• Coordinating the production process for brand advertising campaigns

• Creating and formatting estimates, media plans, and spreadsheets

• Communicating with contractors and other agencies

• Compiling selections of influencers

• Participating in tender requests

• Forecasting campaign effectiveness (planned and actual)

• Communicating with press and media representatives on behalf of clients

• Securing media publications and coordinating the placement process

• Organizing brand collaborations and supporting partnership activations

• Participating in the planning and coordination of client events

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, advertising and PR, preferably with a focus on influencer marketing

• Knowledge and experience with social media platforms, PR tools, and analytics systems

• Ability to plan and manage advertising and PR campaigns with influencers

• Experience in developing creative concepts and strategies for clients

• Strong communication and copywriting skills

• Ability to maintain client relationships

• Negotiation skills and ability to close deals

• Analytical skills for report generation and campaign effectiveness forecasting

• Experience with contracts, legal documentation, and PR materials

• Ability to work in a team and allocate tasks

• Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
