Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager specializing in international Voice and SMS wholesale business to join our growing telecom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing vendor relationships, managing carrier accounts, and supporting business growth through direct telecom partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with international voice and SMS carriers.
- Source and onboard direct vendors and operators.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure stable traffic flow.
- Coordinate routing, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor traffic quality and collaborate with technical teams when required.
- Identify new business opportunities within the wholesale telecom market.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in wholesale telecom (Voice and/or SMS).
- Strong understanding of international A-Z voice routing or SMS termination.
- Existing industry contacts and carrier network preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and telecom negotiations.
- Good communication and professional business handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP routing, or telecom interconnect operations.
- Experience working with carriers, aggregators, or telecom service providers.
- Commercial awareness of telecom wholesale markets.
