We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Manager for Instructor Led Training to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue. You will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary interface for all our products and services.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level. Able to understand IT Director & L&D Director challenges.
- Professionals with a proven track record in developing and closing new sales opportunities, driving demand, and increasing revenue.
- Experience of working across the defined territory/region
- Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred.
- Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
- Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
- Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude.
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
- Fluency in English essential and Arabic is preferred
