Relocation Account Manager
As a fast-growing relocation company, we are looking for a Relocation Account Manager to join our team.
The Relocation Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of relocating clients, throughout the UAE region.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently providing a high level of service, the account manager will oversee the relocation of clients to and from the UAE.
- Delivering end-to-end relocation support to corporate and private clients, you will be the main point of contact for all accounts you are managing.
- The Relocation Account Manager must work closely with specialists in the industry to deliver a seamless programme for the assignees relocating.
- The Relocation Account Manager must identify any problems that occur and find solutions to ensure a smooth transition to the host city.
Key skills and qualifications:
- The right candidate MUST have 3-5 years’ experience within Relocations/Global Mobility, and extensive experience in managing corporate accounts.
- The Account Manager must be self-motivated and well-organized, able to problem solve using their own initiative.
- The Relocation Account Manager must have a high level of knowledge within the UAE market and the ability to associate well with other people, to understand the client’s needs and requirements.
- The Account Manager must be a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- You must be able to handle several accounts at once, capable in working independently, as well as of part of a team.
- It is essential the Account Manager is fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software relevant to Relocation Services Management.
Compensation:
