The Role

You will be working within our team in Dubai and our clients across the United Arab Emirates.

You will engage with clients, production teams, and vendors, and you will play a critical role in ensuring that media projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Meeting with clients: to understand their needs and requirements, and then working with internal team to develop and execute media production plans. You will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are always met.

 

· Developing proposals: you will be responsible for developing proposals for potential clients that outline the scope of the project, budget, timeline, and other important details.

 

· Preparing quotations: you will need to prepare accurate quotations for clients that reflect the agreed-upon scope of work and budget.

 

· Negotiating and closing contracts: you will be responsible for negotiating and closing contracts with clients for various media production services.

 

· Media Projects Coordination: working closely with internal team such as creative, production, and post-production to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

 

· Manage more than one project: for multiple clients from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline adherence.

 

Key Requirements

· A minimum of 5 years’ sales B2B experience in sectors like Media Production, Events Management, Entertainment Industry in the United Arab Emirates

· Currently living in the United Arab Emirates

· Extensive experience in building and maintaining key customer’s relationships

· Negotiation and Sales Skills, reach and exceeds sales targets

· Presentation skills, Communication skills both written and verbal

· Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing or a related field

· Fluent in English and preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Arabic.

· Effective time management, and demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines

· Ability to work effectively with others as a team player, including strong communication and collaboration skills
