They are looking for a an Account Manager to expand their team dedicated to Remote Monitoring and Control, a sector that delivers innovative solutions for distributed solar and a variety of other renewable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grasp the specific details and necessary technical elements of remote monitoring software needed for efficient Operations & Management (O&M) to satisfy the requirements of stakeholders.
- Develop and implement detailed plans for carrying out projects, and inspire both in-house and external team members to fulfill these plans.
- Organize and lead consistent meetings, either weekly or bi-weekly, with key stakeholders and clients to monitor the progress of projects and gather customer feedback on the implementation.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with external partners to build their success and confidence in Odyssey as their chosen solutions provider.
- Contribute ideas for the creation and design of new products or features, as well as engineering improvements.
- Work in partnership with different teams to handle engineering-related activities and progress necessary for each project.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in remote monitoring and control, especially O&M solutions, with a focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications.
- Experience in carrying out projects, especially in developing markets.
- Understanding of decentralized power systems and the basics of power engineering.
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage projects, including taking the lead on customer and client interactions.
- Strong skills in communication and making presentations.
- Competence in speaking English clearly in both business and technical contexts.
- Expert level writing ability in English, coupled with a fast typing speed.
- Highly organized and always on time.
- Driven and capable of working autonomously.
- Good at working with a team, knowing when and how to seek help and solutions from colleagues.
