Account Manager

 

Description:

· 10-15 Years of experience in Account Management, Client Success or business development roles in tech driven environments. Exposure to the Saudi market is a must.

· Has worked closely with IT, cloud, telecom, SaaS, or related services. Exposure to IT services or consulting models is a plus.

· Expertise in stakeholder management and customer relationship management (especially with VP/CxO level stakeholders)

· Excellent communication & presentation skills. Expertise in influencing decisions to achieve the best outcome.

· Excellent at cross-functional collaboration. Ability to build a rapport with delivery & technology teams & functional heads.

· Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and project delivery.

· Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen—can spot opportunities and influence decision-making.

· Highly driven, self-motivated & result oriented. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt.

· 10-15 Years in customer success, account management, or client engagement roles within IT or SaaS industries.

· Exposure to the Saudi market

· Demonstrated success in building and sustaining long-term client relationships, with measurable results in customer satisfaction and retention.

· Comfortable with technology-driven conversations (e.g., understanding business impacts of cloud migration, application development, digital transformation) even if not a tech expert

· Familiarity with digital transformation trends, including AI/ML and automation.

· Proficiency in utilizing leading CRM platforms like Apollo or HubSpot to manage client relationships effectively.

· Solid track record of driving revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities.

· Analytical mindset to assess and improve account health metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction scores.

· Experience developing and implementing account strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.

· Advanced negotiation capabilities to achieve win-win outcomes for both clients and the organization.

· Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment on project priorities and deliverables.

· Exposure to IT services or consulting models is a plus.

· Experience conducting customer success workshops.

· Understanding of AI/ML applications in enhancing customer experiences.

· Capacity to analyze competitive landscapes and position offerings effectively.

· Proficiency in devising innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
