Account Manager

 

Description:

As an Accountant / Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and administrative tasks for our clients’ companies. Your role will include preparing and processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate financial records. You will also oversee office management duties to support smooth daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process client invoicing accurately and timely

Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple client companies

Analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies

Oversee office management tasks, including supplies, scheduling, and correspondence

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an accountant, office manager, or similar role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word)

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
