We’re looking for a Client Happiness Lead - a relationship builder who keeps clients not just satisfied, but delighted. You’ll be the anchor for our key accounts, ensuring smooth communication, flawless project delivery, and a touch of creative spark along the way.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping communication clear, timely, and friendly
- Translate client needs into actionable briefs for the creative and strategy teams
- Help manage timelines, budgets, and expectations - without losing your cool
- Spot opportunities to grow client relationships and bring added value
- Keep everyone (including clients) in the loop on progress, results, and next steps
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve hiccups quickly, always keeping the client’s experience in mind
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, content, and processes - we value every voice
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator who makes people feel heard and understood
- Great at organizing, prioritizing, and juggling multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, but never lose sight of the bigger picture
- Calm under pressure and quick to find solutions
- Collaborative, open, and keen to learn from others
- Ideally experienced in marketing, digital, or creative agency life (1–3 years is great, but attitude matters more)
