Account Manager

 

Description:

A multinational company located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, involved in the textile business, is looking for a results-driven Account Manager – Textile Overstock & Brand Partnerships with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire textile overstock, surplus inventory, cancelled orders, and residual collections

Build and manage long-term relationships with manufacturers, retailers, and brand owners, including protected and patented brands

Independently source new business opportunities and expand the supplier and partner network

Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, volumes, and conditions) and manage transactions end-to-end

Select appropriate resale and distribution channels in line with brand positioning, territorial restrictions, and IP requirements

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, legal, compliance, and sales) to ensure smooth execution

Monitor market developments in textiles, fashion, and surplus goods

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM data

 

Skill Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Buyer, Trader, or Business Development Manager, ideally in textiles, fashion, wholesale, or surplus goods.

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Strong negotiation and communication skills and a solid commercial understanding of pricing and margins.

Structured, reliable working style with attention to contractual and compliance aspects.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference
