Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and performance-focused Account Manager to join our retention team. This role involves managing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and increasing overall trading activity. The position is sales-driven and ideal for candidates with experience in Forex trading and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned client portfolios
• Maintain regular communication to strengthen client relationships
• Encourage higher deposits and increased trading volume
• Retain clients through ongoing support and follow-ups
• Track client activity and performance using CRM systems
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Forex trading or financial sales
• Background in account management, sales, or retention roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confidence in handling clients and promoting trading opportunities
• Experience using CRM platforms
