Luxury Livings, a premier holiday homes hoster in Dubai, is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in financial management, bookkeeping, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
Prepare financial reports and monitor cash flow
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Handle invoices, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide financial insights to support business decisions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong experience in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software
Previous experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus
