Accountant

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and records
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Xero
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
