Accountant

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with proven experience in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax to join a busy finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage routine accounting tasks, support tax compliance activities, and work with accounting systems to ensure accurate financial records and timely filings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3+ years of practical accounting experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and routine reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation and submission of UAE VAT returns and support corporate tax-related documentation.
• Use accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP) for daily transactions and reporting.
• Support management with financial analyses and ad-hoc accounting tasks.
