Al Ghaith Properties LLC is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This position requires immediate availability, making it ideal for professionals who are ready to take on new challenges without delay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies.
• Utilize Tally and other accounting software to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Must have prior experience in the real estate or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (B.Com) or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Tally and other accounting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Candidates must be able to join immediately.
