Accountant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in healthcare audit to join our team at Elistermed Polyclinic. The role focuses on conducting internal audits, reviewing billing processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal financial and compliance audits
• Review billing, reimbursements, and cost reports
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP, DHA, and other relevant regulations
• Prepare audit documentation and detailed financial report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare accounting or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare compliance and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
