Green Apple Shipping LLC, a rapidly growing logistics and freight forwarding company in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage core accounting functions and support financial compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare customer invoices, including freight, customs, and transport charges, and ensure timely collections.
• Handle VAT returns and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and assist during audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications are a plus.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the shipping or logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
