Accountant

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with experience in the real estate industry, specifically handling EMAAR-related accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tax and VAT compliance and 1–2 years of accounting experience in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records for real estate transactions and properties
• Handle VAT calculations, filings, and compliance as per UAE tax regulations
• Manage EMAAR-related accounting, including service charges, rental income, and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow
• Manage accounts payable and receivable related to properties
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and company accounting policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in Dubai, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proven experience handling EMAAR property accounts
• Strong knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and UAE accounting standards
