Accountant

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Accountant to support daily financial activities and ensure smooth administrative operations within the organization. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance accounting responsibilities with general office administration in a fast-paced work environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and monitor payment tracking
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and basic reports
• Maintain well-organized financial files and administrative documentation
• Provide support for general office administration and coordination tasks
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal management as required

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Prior experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and operate independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Zoho Books and Odoo will be considered an advantage
