Hiring Accountant (FULL-TIME)

ADEX Spark Technical Services L.L.C is looking to hire a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to join its Dubai-based team. This role is ideal for a professional with prior UAE experience and a solid understanding of local accounting standards, financial regulations, and VAT compliance. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the company’s financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Federal Tax Authority requirements
• Assist with internal and external audits as well as financial reviews
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role within the UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and local accounting practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle responsibilities efficiently
