Accountant

A7 Group Real Estate is currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to become part of their onsite team in Dubai. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements and records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable tax laws
• Assist in budgeting activities and prepare periodic financial reports
• Provide support during internal and external audit procedures

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience within the UAE is an advantage)
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel
• ACCA or CA (part-qualified or fully qualified candidates will be preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as within a team
