Accountant

Description:

Archpix Engineering Consultants, an established architectural and engineering consultancy operating since 2017 across Dubai and the wider MENA region, is looking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance department. The organization is known for delivering innovative design solutions that combine advanced technology with strong architectural aesthetics, aiming to transform client concepts into accurate and high-quality project outcomes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and supporting project-based financial operations, particularly within construction-related environments.

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and all statutory financial requirements
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and periodic reconciliations
• Coordinate effectively with external auditors, banking institutions, and relevant regulatory authorities when required
• Monitor and track project-based financial transactions, with preference for construction industry exposure
• Maintain organized, accurate, and updated financial records and documentation systems
• Support budgeting processes and assist in financial planning activities where needed
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and adherence to reporting deadlines

• Five working days per week (Sunday to Thursday)
