Description:

A company based in Dubai is currently hiring a Accountant to manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for candidates with prior UAE experience who are skilled in handling financial records along with general office operations. The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting tasks while also ensuring smooth administrative workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting functions including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance

• Manage general office administration tasks and support daily operations

• Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and records

• Assist with invoices, data entry, and MS Excel-based reporting

• Manage emails, documentation, and office correspondence efficiently

• Support management with administrative coordination as required

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in accounting or administration

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and office management tasks

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Email handling

• Must hold own visa or spouse visa

• Good communication and organizational skills
