Accountant

Description:

• Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle accounting (General Accountant).
• Industry: Must have experience in service-based or recruitment/manpower companies.
• Expertise: Full Payroll, VAT/Tax, and 360° ERP management.
• Collections: Strong negotiation skills to reduce DSO and manage AR.
• Mindset: Highly adaptive, fast-paced worker, and process-oriented.

Core Responsibilities

• Full ownership of Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Collections.
• Payroll processing and ERP data integrity/audit.
• Cash flow forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
• Strict compliance with finance SOPs and internal controls.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (ACCA/CPA preferred).
• Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP mastery (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Location: Residing within close proximity to the office is a plus.
